The Racing and Equestrian Club is set to begin the 47th race of the current season 2020-2021 tonight, which is held on the Al Rayyan sand course and includes 9 runs, the latter dedicated to Al Wakra Cup for Purebred Arabian Horses (local production) - par for a distance of 1900 meters.

Thirteen horses will participate in the ninth round:

- Shaweesh owned by Ahmed Hassan Al Malki Al Jehani

- AJS Al Moheeb owned by Mohammed Bin Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al Attiya

- Abida owned by Umm Garn

 - AJS Al Aredh owned by Al Ghazali Stud

- Suka'ar owned by Subaiya Awad Ibrahim

- Tahar owned by Osama Al Dafea

- Bakir owned by Umm Garin

- Al Addaaj owned by Mansoor Mesfer Al Hajri

- Badira owned by Hamad Bin Abdulrahman Bin Hamad Al Attiya

-Tasslam owned by Dhafi Rashid Al Marri

- Jahfal owned by HE Sheikh Faisal Bin Hamad Bin Jassim Al Thani.

As for the remaining rounds of the race, the first will be devoted to purebred horses, starting (grade 6) for a distance of 1200 meters, and the second for purebred horses - equivalence (grade 5) (the run is for Qatari horses only) for a distance of 1200 meters, and the third is for purebred horses - par (grade 5) for a distance 1900 meters, the fourth for the beginner and winning purebred Arab race, for a distance of 1700 meters, the fifth for the purebred horse (local production) - the equivalent of 1700 meters, and the sixth for the purebred horse - the par (grade 5) (the run is for Qatari horses only) for a distance of 1200 meters, and the seventh For purebred Arabian horses - par for a distance of 1200 meters, and the eighth run for purebred Arabian horses - (age 4 years) for a distance of 1700 meters.
