HE Vice President of the Olympic Council of Asia Jassim bin Rashid Al Buainain, and HE Vice President of the Council for West Asia Dr. Thani bin Abdulrahman Al Kuwari participated in the meeting of the Executive Office of the Council which was held virtually today under the chairmanship of Raja Randhir Singh, Acting President of the Olympic Council of Asia.
The meeting reviewed the latest developments on four upcoming Asian games, starting with the 6th edition of the Asian Games in Futsal and Martial Arts in Bangkok and Chonburi, Thailand in March 2022; then the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China in September 2022; followed by the Third Asian Youth Games in Shantou, China in December 2022; and the Sixth Asian Beach Games in Sanya, China in 2023.
The meeting also touched on the General Assembly of the Olympic Council of Asia scheduled for later this year, in addition to other topics on the agenda and took the necessary decisions thereon.
