Qatar's Al-Wakrah and Al-Gharafa sports clubs will participate in the 33rd Arab Club Basketball Championship, hosted by Al Ittihad Alexandria Club from Sept. 29 to Oct. 9.
The participating clubs include 17 teams from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, UAE, Yemen, Sudan, Tunisia, Bahrain, Lebanon and Palestine.
Al Ittihad Alexandria Club won the title of the last championship after defeating Lebanon's Beirut Team 90-86, holding the title for the seventh time in its history.
