Ali Emadadhi was the star of the show in the opening round of the Qatar National Sprint 2021 held at Losail last Saturday. Emadadhi notched up two victories in the Open Class 2 and Production Cars Class 2 categories.
Emadadhi, driving a Nissan 370Z, produced the best lap of 54.077 seconds in three runs to clinch the Open Class 2. In second place was Ibrahim al-Mannai, who timed 55.989 in a Mitsubishi Evo 10, while Nadim Ziade, also in Mitsubishi Evo, was third in a time of 56.461.
Later, Emadadhi was in sizzling form in Production Class 2 too. Driving an Audi, he registered a best lap of 54.005 seconds.
Mohamed Emadadhi was second after clocking 54.094 in Audi. The third place went to Dean Ball, in a Porsche Boxster 718, in a time of 55.784 seconds.
