Saad Al-Suwaidi
The Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club announced the dates for the start of its 2020/21 season, set to begin on the fourteenth of October and scheduled to conclude on the twenty-second of April 2021.
The club will host the races at Al-Rayyan Racecourse and at the newly built Al-Okda Racecourse in Al-Okdah complex, in accordance with the precautionary measures specified by the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management at MOPH.
The new season will introduce the new AlOkdah Racecourse when QREC host their first championship, the Ghariya Cup. Meanwhile, the dates for the Sword Festival of His Highness the Amir is set to take place on February 18.
