Qatar International Baja boosted by FIA T3 and T4 categories global strength

The karate event for both boys & girls has reached the finishing line on Monday at the ongoing third edition competitions of the Qatar Olympic Committee Beach Games 2023 taking place at Cultural Village Katara.

In the over 16 karate final (girls) held on Monday, Salma Abdulrahman claimed the first place overall, as Waad Sukaria seized the runner-up place and Nada Al Yazidi finished in the third place.

In the men’s Karate final, Mohammed Younis won the first place ahead of Said Mostafa Amar who finished in second place and Karam Jood snatched the third place.

In the men’s 3x3 beach basketball, Salah eddin Sakour claimed the first place, as Adham Hashem Abdulnaser won the second place and the third place went to Abdulhameed Shaoash.

In effort to build up a better sport future for high education institutions, Qatar Collegiate Sports Federation (QCSF) has encouraged students on Monday to be an integral part of the sport activities held in the frame of the third QOC Beach Games at the Cultural Village Katara.

With sportsmanship and power of will , a group of students from Qatar University (QU), Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) and University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) participated in Health & Fitness Program, Beach Football and Beach Basketball.

The QOC Beach Games are running from 10th to 17th of March with more than 800 participants who are competing for top honors in seven beach games, football , volleyball, 3x3 basketball, boxing , karate, swimming and Aquathlon.
