Croatia take on Belgium in a Group F fixture at Ahmad bin Ali stadium, this evening.

Both teams reached the 2018 World Cup semi-finals, with Croatia beating England 2-1 in extra time and Belgium losing to winners France 1-0.

Belgium head into this evening’s match with just three points and must win to qualify for the Round of 16. A draw will do only, but only if Canada beat Morocco by a margin of four goals in their Group F game, which will be played at the same time.

For Croatia, a draw would guarantee their spot in the knock-out stage.

They played a goalless draw against Morocco in their opening match, but fired four goals past Canada in their second. Belgium are ranked only one spot behind Brazil by FIFA, coming in at number two, but their first match of the tournament with Canada saw them very much outplayed for most of the 90-minutes.

Kick-off is at 18:00 Doha time.

Croatia line-up: Livakovic, Juranovic, Lovren, Gvardiol, Sosa, Modric, Brozovic, Kovacic, Kramaric, Livaja, Perisic

Belgium line-up: Courtois, Vertonghen, Alderweireld, Dendoncker, Castagne, Witsel, De Bruyne, Meunier, Carrasco, Trossard
